Garden Party was for many years a staple of Manhattan’s Financial District and will return to the neighborhood again on October 23 with a free concert in the beautiful new Perelman Performing Arts Center’s (PAC NYC) lobby stage as part of their Spotlight series. A rare opportunity to hear the full seven piece band, the full recording personnel of “If I Were A Window” with room to dance, bring families, friends and enjoy an early evening concert.
